摘　　要：Sendmail是互联网上最灵活,应用最广泛的MTA,Interscan VirusWall提供了高性能、广泛的Internet网关防护.主要介绍了在RedHad Linux9下Sendmail邮件服务器的配置;如何利用InterScan VirusWall邮件内容过滤的功能,防止计算机病毒以及恶性程序的入侵;以及在Sendmail环境下实现SMTP认证拒绝垃圾邮件.Sendmail is one of the most flexible MTAs(Mail User Agent)which are widely used on the Internet. InterScan VirusWall provides high-performance, comprehensive Internet gateway protection against viruses and malicious codes. In this paper, the methods of how to configure Sendmail server on RedHat Linux 9, and how to utilize the additional tools offered by InterScan VirusWall to filter content are introduced. Moreover, the way how to realize the SMTP authentication to reject spam is also presented in detail.
