长春碱类抗肿瘤药物的研究进展

摘　　要：长春碱类抗肿瘤药物广泛地应用于临床并已取得良好的治疗效果。本文综述了这类药物的结构特点、来源、抗肿瘤作用、耐药性的产生、临床应用及不良反应等方面,重点介绍了近二十年来国内外对其抗肿瘤作用机理和耐药性机理的研究进展,为以天然产物为基础的抗肿瘤药物开发提供参考依据。Vinca alkaloids are widely applied in antitumor treatment in clinic and proved to be effective.Study on the chemical structures,origin,antitumor activities,multidrug resistance(MDR),clinical applications and toxic side effects of this kind of compounds was summarized,and the study of the mechanisms of antitumor activities and MDR in the past 20 years was emphasized.this review provides a reference to the clinical development of antitumor drugs from natural products.
