摘 要:以尿素为均匀沉淀剂、氯化铁为原料,采用均匀沉淀法在不同的条件下合成具有实用价值的α型纳米氧化铁.用XRD和TEM测定产品的形貌并确定产品的纳米尺度.实验表明,所合成的Fe2O3为α型,粒径在20~40nm范围,且分散性好.初步探讨了煅烧温度等合成条件对晶体粒径和形貌的影响以及均匀沉淀法合成纳米氧化铁的机理.Nanoscale Fe_2O_3 particles were synthesized by homogenous precipitation method with the CO(NH_2)_2 as uniformity precipitation reagent and the FeCl_3 as iron source.The size and shape of the nanoscale Fe_2O_3 were investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction and TEM.The results showed that the product was α-Fe_2O_3 and the average size of the crystallites was about 20~40 nm as the reaction was carried out at 95℃ for 4 h and calcined at 300℃ for 3 h.The influence condition on the morphology of Fe_2O_3 particles and the principle of reaction was discussed
