摘 要:介绍了合成多羟基富勒烯衍生物C60 / 70 (OH) x 的简便方法 ,采用FT IR ,1HNMR ,RF对其结构进行了表征 ,初步讨论了其溶解性及荧光效应 .实验发现该产物在 2 5℃下 ,1mL水中可溶解 10 .4mg ,表明其羟基数目较多 ,在水溶液中形成了大量氢键 ;还发现该产物的荧光强度与浓度有关 ,当浓度为 12 .5× 10 -5mol·L-1时 ,出现一个最大值 。A convenient method was introduced to synthesize a water-soluble fullerence derivative-fullerols by the reaction of fullerence with fuming H 2SO 4 and KNO 3. With FT-IR and 1H NMR, the multi-hydroxyl and fullerence cage structures of the product were proved. The stability of the product was discussed, that 10.4?mg of the product was dissolved in 1?mL water at 25?℃, indicating that the product had formed into lots of hydrogen-bonds on account of the result of a large number of hydroxy existing in fullerols. It was also discovered that the fluorescence intensity of the products was related with its concentration. A maximum value occurred at the concentration of 12.5×10 -5 ?mol·L -1 , suggesting that fullerols possess of phenomenon of concentration of self-absorption.
