摘　　要：本文对采用自助熔剂法生长的T1-2212,2233单晶的结构进行了分析,并对其超导特性、调制光谱和光致发光谱进行了研究。This paper reports the growth of T1 -2212,T1-2223 single crystals using self-flux technigue, and gives the results of structure analysis. To investigate the supereonducting properties, modulated speetroscopy and photo illuminessenle spectroscopy have been taken.
