摘 要:对先进陶瓷而言,烧结过程伴随有致密化、晶粒生长、晶界形成、气孔尺寸变化等多个因素,并且这些因素之间相互干扰,使得最后烧成品的性能不仅与烧结过程有关,而且也与烧前生坯及粉体性能有密切关系。现代的先进陶瓷材料的制造工艺本身及其各个步骤不仅含有大量的现代科技含量,而且工艺的确定,质量的监测均有赖于现代科学技术的进步,先进陶瓷材料制备科学的出现是必然的。In terms of advanced ceramics, factors as compactness, grain growth, inter-crystalline formation and pore size change are involved in the sintering process. Moreover, these factors are interfered with each other so that the property of the finished products is not only associated with the sintering process but also closely related with the pre-sintered products and the property of powder lot. The manufacturing engineering of the modern advanced ceramic materials itself and each of its steps count largely on modern science and technology, and so do the determination of the technological process and the quality monitoring. The preparation science of the advanced ceramic materials is bound to come into existence.
