摘　　要：如何进行高效、动态的信息协作是B2B电子商务的核心问题.移动Agent技术突破了传统的分布计算模式的制约,对处于复杂网络环境下的大规模的信息协作系统建设具有重要的意义.研究提出了一个基于移动Agent技术搭建的信息协作系统模型,它对处在同一产业链上的企业群之间进行高效、动态的信息共享与信息协作提供了有益的解决方法.Efficient coordination and information sharing is critical to the B2B E-commerce. The mobile Agent technology overcomes the restriction of traditional distributed computing mode and is a significant solution to large-scaled information and coordination system under a complex network environment. This paper briefly introduces the conception of mobile Agent, then establishes a model for information cooperative system(ICS) based on mobile Agent.
