摘　　要：济钢1750m3高炉采用砖壁合一的薄壁内衬结构。针对薄壁内衬高炉的技术特点,通过采取加强原燃料质 量管理、重视上下部调剂、优化布料矩阵、控制合理的煤气流分布、完善冷却体系管理、控制合理操作炉型、狠抓设备 点检等措施,高炉各项技术指标明显改善。Thin inner lining of integrated bricking and staves is applied in Ji’nan Steel’s 1750m 3 BF. Considering the technical characteristics of blast furnace with thin inner lining, some measures are taken to improve various technical indexes, for instance, quality control of raw material and fuel, regulation at upper and lower part of furnace, optimum burden distribution matrix, proper control of gas flow, effective management of cooling system, control of operation furnace profile and timely maintenance, etc.
