试论云南矿业实施走出去战略与对策

摘　　要：本文从云南矿业“走出去”的现状出发 ,分别了“走出去”的必要性和意义 ,阐述了“走出去”的历史机遇和优越性 ,重点探讨了“走出去”方式 ,认为云南矿业“走出去”的首选地是中南半岛五国 (越、老、缅、泰、柬 ) ,最后提出了主要对策和建议。Basing on present conditions of going-abroad of Yunnan mining industry,this paper analyzes its necessity and significance,elaborates its historical opportunity and superiority,and mainly inquires into its ways.The author coniders that the optimum country of going-abroad of Yunnan mining industry is Vietnam、Laos、Burma、Thailand and Cambodia in Middle-South peninsula,and proposes the main measures and suggestions in the end.
