摘　　要：着重从 2个方面 ,运用监测系统检测减速机振动的数据进行分析 ,结合实际经验现场观察减速机使用状况 ,来分析预知故障 。The essay mainly focuses on 2 respects, one is to use monitor systems to analyse the data from the vibration made by detecting the reducer machinery. The other is to observe the using status on the spot by actual practice, which can help to analyse and predicate the occurred or forthcoming breakdown on a reducer machinery. While taking measures to deal with it in time in order to avoid the further damage of the equipment and to make sure that it works well.
