煤及煤制品进出口的现状与思考

摘　　要：介绍了我国煤炭进出口现状和我国煤炭资源状况 ,对我国煤及主要煤制品焦炭的进出口所引发的能源问题、环境问题以及国际贸易问题进行了分析。指出煤炭作为我国主要的一次能源 ,其进出口问题关系到我国能源安全、环境污染和社会稳定。煤炭进出口问题需要考虑进出口的经济性和未来能源安全的需求 ,要结合国情确定适宜的出口数量和出口种类。The paper introduced the current situation of the import and export of China’s coal and coal resources, made an analysis on the energy, environmental and international trade problems caused by the import and export of china’s coal, coal products and coking coal. The paper pointed out that coal, as a major primary energy, its import and export have bearings on energy safety, environmental pollution and social stability. The import and export of coal should take the economic results and the future demand for energy safety into account and decide the relevant amount and category of coal’s import and export.
