摘　　要：由于水泥熟料存在非晶相以及水泥熟料严重的多峰重叠现象 ,给X射线定量分析带来了极大的难度。在阐述各种X射线定量分析及其实用性的基础上 。As there exists a amorphous phase in cement clinker and a serious multi-peak overlap phenomenon,huge difficulty in the X-ray quantitative analysis results. In this paper,on the basis of explanation of different X-ray quantitative analyses and their practicability,analytical examples from cement clinker production are given as well.
