摘 要:根据流体力学中空气射流理论,研究了气幕控尘的原理,同时对气幕控尘相似理论进行研究,指出气幕是一种较好的控尘装置,其作用相当于在连采机司机与掘进头之间形成一道"无形透明屏障",阻止截煤过程中粉尘向外扩散,以达到净化回风流的目的。研究结论对气幕控尘的实验室试验和现场应用具有指导意义。Research on the dust control principle by air curtain and the similar theory of dust control by air curtain was made on the basis of both air-jet theory and air-solid two-phase flow theory.Investigation and study on the specific method for the similar model of dust control by air curtain were also conducted.Air curtain is a better dust control device and it seams to form an invisible and transparent screen between the continuous miners driver and heading face,which can prevent dust from dispersing outward during coal cutting,thus achieving air purification in the return airway.Research results have the guiding sense for the laboratory test and site application of dust control by air curtain.
