摘　　要：在充分了解油田实际使用工况的基础上,成功设计开发出了一种注蒸汽稠油热采井专用的非API系列套管-TP90H。钢种选用热稳定性好的Cr-Mo钢,通过采用纯净钢冶炼技术、限动芯棒轧管技术、调质处理和温矫技术,来保证套管的性能指标满足油田使用要求。模拟套管在注蒸汽热采井中的复合受力的热模拟实验结果表明,套管的热稳定性较好,在350℃环境温度下可以承受640MPa的热应力。经油田的批量使用,该套管可以满足油田的实际使用要求。Non-API casing TP90H for steam injection well were designed and developed on the basis of realizing casing service environment. The Cr-Mo steel and the technologies of pure-steel making-MPM-heat treatment (890℃quenched+630℃tempered))-hot straightening(no less than 500℃) on steel pipe is selected for producing the casing. The composite stress simulation test of the well on the casing show good thermal stability without deformation at 640 MPa and 350℃. Application of the casing meets completely needs of oil field.
