摘　　要：为了保证12Gr1MoV连铸圆坯直接穿孔轧制高压锅炉管产品的质量,及长期运行的可靠性和稳定性,特按GB5310-95《高压锅炉用无缝管》标准,并结合锅炉制造和运行的特殊要求,对12Gr1MoV圆坯和成品管进行全面、系统的试验、研究。试验结果证明,该产品性能可靠符合国标的要求。In order to ensure the quality reliability and stability of the long-term running high pressure boiler tube rolled from the directly punching 12Cr1MoV casing round billet - the12Cr1MoV round billet and finished tubes used in high pressure boiler are tested and studied according to the standard of the boiler's special manufacture and running requirements. The result shows that the product is conformed with the national standard with reliable property.
