摘　　要：对覬250MPM限动芯棒连轧机组,采用连铸坯生产无缝钢管生产过程中易产生的产品缺陷进行了详细的分析,指出了缺陷产生的原因及预防措施,从而减少产品缺陷,提高产品质量。By analyzing the defects of Φ250 mm limited mandrel bar rolling mill produced seamless tube from the continuous casting billet- the reason resulted in the defects is pointed out so as to prevent and reduce the defect and improve the quality in future.
