海绵钛还原蒸馏反应器的选择

摘　　要：结合海绵钛生产实践,从尺寸、结构和材质3方面讨论了还原蒸馏反应器的选择原则。指出反应器长径比应保持在2:1左右,选用双法兰结构反应器有利于降低铁含量;国产ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN和ZG35Cr28Ni16适合于制作还原反应器。On the basis of titanium production practice, and by discussing selection principles of the reactor of reduction distillation in respects of size, configuration and material, it is reasonable to use a reactor with fineness ratio of 2:1, and with double flanges in favor of reducing iron content. Homemade ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN or ZG35Cr28Ni16 model steel should be available for producing a proper reactor.
