摘  要:用标准淬火介质冷却性能测试仪 ,系统地测试了量化淬火参数对介质冷却特性的影响 ,并通过 4 5钢试样进行了量化淬火畸变的研究。试验结果表明 ,通过调整量化淬火参数K、Ts和Q值 ,可有效控制淬火介质的冷却特性 。The effects of quantifying quenching parameters K、Ts and Q on the cooling characteristics of quenchant were tested by means of the Inconel 600 testing probe,and the quantifying water or brine quenching distortion of 45 steel samples was also investigated.The results show that the cooling characteristics of quenchant can be effectively controlled by adjusting the quantifying quenching parameters K、Ts and Q,and the quantifying water or brine quenching distortion of the quenched samples is smaller than that of the conventional quenching in water and in oil.
