摘  要:针对某型直升机雷达罩,研究了雷达罩设计过程中的电性能、结构、工艺、材料等基本问题和设计方法,着重介绍了雷达罩的结构设计,给出了布设防雷击部件的经验公式,讨论了成型工艺、吸波材料选择与喷涂的基本准则。电测结果表明,加罩后的功率传输系数、反射瓣、天线辐射特性等指标的实测数据与计算值符合较好,满足了设计要求。With the aim of a certain helicopter radome, researches on essential problems such as electrical design, structural design, technologic design and material design have been made. The structural design has been emphatically presented. A experiential expression is employed to lay components of preventing from lightning. Molding technology, and criteria of selecting and spraying microwave absorbing material have been discussed. Electric experimental results show that measured features such as power transmission coefficient, reflection - lo.bes, radiated characteristic of antenna with radome are in agreement with calculated data and meet designing requirements.
