摘  要:采用颗粒镁脱硫代替CaO基脱硫是国内外发展的一种趋势,对颗粒镁脱硫进行了探讨。介绍了南京钢铁公司铁水脱硫站的技术装备和主要工艺参数,并对影响铁水脱硫效果的各种因素进行了分析。生产结果表明,用镁基脱硫剂具有较强的脱硫效果,脱硫率达80%左右,日处理铁水3万t。Using magnesium based desulphurization powder reagent instead of CaO basis in the pretreating De-S of liguid iron was a trendency at home and abroad. The principle with granular magnesium has been discussed. The technical equipments and the main process parameters for the De-S Station of Nanjing Iron & Steel Co.Ltd. were introduced and various factors affecting De-S but also were analyzed. The results from production practice have confirmed that Mg De-S powder have strong (De-S) effect, the De-S rate about 80%, treating liguid iron in a day was 30 000 t.
