煤焦油质量的影响因素及对策

摘　　要：通过对涟钢煤焦油质量变差的原因分析,认为其关键因素是焦炉装煤不满,炉顶空间过大和温度过高,造成荒煤气中游离碳含量太高。据此,逐步采取了相应的措施,使焦油质量得到有效改善。Througt the reasons that led to decrease quality of coke tar in Liangang were analyzed, its dominant factors were not to fill with coal in the coke oven, and so, the space of the top of coke oven was over big and its temperature was over high. It was got the content of free carbon also too high in the rough gas. According to over analyze, using gradually the appropriate measures and so the guality of coke tar was effectively improved.
