摘　　要：本文回顾了我国水电站枢纽工程设置降低或放空水库设施的历史和现状,介绍了几座典型工程设置放空水库设施在大坝紧急事故处理中的作用以及无放空设施给大坝加固处理带来的困难,指出了放空设施在设计、施工和运行中存在的问题,讨论了水电站枢纽工程设置放空设施的条件。This paper has reviewed the history and status in setting lowering water level or unwatering reservoir establishment for hydro projects in China, introduces several typical projects which have set unwatering establishment in emergency accident usage, and difficulties of reinforcement without that. The existing issues on design, construction and operation of unwatering system are pointed out in this paper and the conditions of setting unwatering establishment are discussed as well.
