摘 要:大广坝左、右岸土坝上游坝面采用抛石护坡型式的设计方式在我国大、中型水利水电工程建设中尚属首次。由于海南省每年汛期台风及热带风暴是引起大广坝土坝护坡遭受破坏的主要原因,大广坝水库多年平均最大风速达17.8m/s,水库最大吹程达10km,最大风浪高约3.0m,按原设计土坝上游面采用一般干砌石护坡型式难以保持坝体的稳定,根据左右岸土坝设计采用土料,经过实地论证,证明左、右岸土坝采用抛石护坡适应坝体沉陷性强的特点,且抛石块径大、表面粗糙、利于透水,消浪效果也较好,能较大程度地降低波浪的爬高,不仅有利于坝体的稳定,而且可降低坝顶高程1.0m,节省土、石方填筑量50万m3,减少工程投资,提高经济效益。It comes the first time for construction of hydropower projects in China for which it is designed of taking riprap to protection dam slope on the upstream in the left and right earth dams of Daguangba dam. Because of the dam slope destruction resulting mainly from typhoon and tropical storms during flood period annually, which average maximum wind speed is up to 17.8m/s, the max fetch length of reservoir being up to 10km, max wind wave of 3.0m, the original design of using general dry stone pitching will not meet the requirement of keeping dam stable. According to the soil materials designed to use in the left and right earth dams, it has certainly shown that using riprap to protect dam slope in the earth dams is adapt to the characteristics of strong settlement, the advantage of big size of block, along with coarseness on the surface and draining well lower the wave runup dramatically, which not only be good for am stability, but also lower the dam crest elevation of 1.0m and reduce the cost and make it economically.
