摘　　要：通过利用delphi提供的高效的数据存取、图形图像处理及网络功能开发大坝监测系统,来实现对大坝安全的实时监控和评判,阐明了delphi这一编程工具在大坝监测中的应用前景。In this paper, the author described that using the high efficiency technology in saving and getting data ,and the treatment to the figure and image , and the network function developed the monitoring system to achieve real-time monitoring and judge to dam safety, and explained the application perspective of DELPHI in modern dam safety monitoring.
