摘 要:提出无功资源技术价值和无功资源经济价值的概念 ,并从无功资源技术价值的角度提出基于潮流计算的无功资源价值评价方法 ,该方法直接反映了无功出力与系统电压变化的关系 .考虑无功资源价值的影响 ,以发电机有功无功成本最小为目标函数 ,运用最优潮流方法进行了无功定价研究 .以IEEE14节点系统进行实例计算 ,与不考虑无功资源价值情况比较 ,这种定价在总成本、网路损耗、有功电价基本不变的情况下 ,可以使系统无功电价升幅在 38 1%以上 ,促使无功在电力市场环境下达到就地补偿 。The problems of reactive power value and reactive power pricing are discussed. Technology value of reactive power and economy value of reactive power are presented. From the viewpoint of technology value of reactive power, reactive power value evaluation based on power flow is proposed, which reflects the relation between output of reactive power of generator and the variation of system voltage directly. The model for price reactive power is established, where the OPF method is adopted with the objective function to minimize the sum of reactive and active power cost, and the reactive power value is considered and the opportunity cost is used as reactive power cost. The method is tested by IEEE14-bus system, and the results indicate that the proposed pricing mechanism can make the reactive power price increased 38.1 % at least while the total cost of reactive power and active power, P loss and Q loss, and active power price are almost unchanged compared with the situation that the reactive power value unconsidered. It can be expected to urge the reactive power compensated locally and to encourage the market members to serve for system security actively.
