摘  要:依据四端网络理论,利用机电类比方法,研究了具有类圆锥过渡段复合阶梯型变幅杆的超声扭转共振频率和与之相连接的工具杆长度和直径变化的关系.结果表明,随着加工过程中工具杆不断磨损,其长度和直径变化对系统共振频率影响明显.工具杆长度每缩短1mm,系统共振频率约升高700Hz;工具杆直径每减小1mm,系统频率约升高500Hz.这为超声扭转加工振动系统的设计及频率调节提供了参考依据.Based on the theory of four-end network, the resonant frequency of the composite stepped ultrasonic torsional-mode concentrator with a cone-like transited part, which depends on the geometrical dimensions of the tool rod attached to the concentrator, is studied by using electromechanical analogy method. It is shown that the resonant frequency of the composite system is sensitive to the alteration of the geometrical dimensions of tool rod with the wears in processing. The resonant frequency of the system increases about 700 Hz and 500 Hz with the decrease of the length and diameter of the tool rod per 1 mm, respectively. Experimentation shows that the theoretical values basically agree with the experimental results, and the study may provide reference for the structure designing of an ultrasonic torsional mode processing system.
