天然油菜素内酯对侧柏种子发芽及下胚轴伸长的影响

摘　　要：采用种子发芽力和下胚轴伸长测定的方法,研究了天然油菜素内酯对侧柏种子发芽及下胚轴伸长的影响.结果表明,不同浓度的天然油菜素内酯处理对侧柏种子的发芽率、发芽势和平均发芽速度均有明显的促进作用.与对照相比,0.4mg/L浓度的天然油菜素内酯处理使发芽率提高了21.5%,发芽势提高了13.33%,发芽时间缩短了1.91d.天然油菜素内酯处理也促进了侧柏种子下胚轴的生长,处理5d内,下胚轴伸长生长比对照高出8.28%～147.64%.The germination capacity of Platycladus orientalis seeds is obviously improved after the seeds are soaked with the different concentrations of natural brassinolide (NBR). Compared with control, the germination rate and germination energy of the seeds are increased 21.5% and 13.33% respectively, the germination time of the seeds is shortened by 1.91 day, after the seeds are treated using 0.4 mg/L concentration of natural brassinolide. The hypocotyls of Platycladus orientalis are obviously increased post to treatment with the natural brassinolide. And compared with control, the lengths of Platycladus orientalis hypocotyls are increased by 8.28%～147.64% from the first day to the fifth day after treatment.
