摘 要:本文通过对1981(旱)、1983(涝)年间的东半球中低纬环流特征的分析,指出:旱涝年间的环流及其变化存在着明显的不同,即索马里急流东传的强弱和其在南海附近向北折向经度的差异与长江中下游梅雨季的旱涝存在着一定的联系。Using ECMWF data, we analized the characteristics of circulations and its medium-range evolution over middle and low latitudes of eastern hemisphere in 1981 and 1983. It is pointed out that there are different features of air motion between in droughts year and in floods year. In a tubelike channel (from equator to 20N, the earth surfac to 500hPa), there exists a strong west air flow which relates to the Somali jet and subtropic high over west Pacific Ocean. The axis of this flow often turns northward over Southern China Sea. There is a certain relationship between the longitudes where the strong current changes direction and the anomalous precipitations during Meiyu over Changjiang Middle and Low Reaches (CMLR). In the upper troposphere, the variations of tie number of passages and intensity of cross equatorial air currents in 1981 are different from those in 1983.
