摘 要:21世纪地球科学的发展趋势,正在形成一个以高新技术为先导的、较为完整的“上天、入地、下海、登极”的立体式地球科学前缘研究体系。在简述了当代海洋科学面临的五大主要研究任务;海洋地球科学发展趋势形成的五大特点,即学科渗透与交叉,重视基础理论研究,广泛应用高新技术,专属经济区勘查;国际合作与交流等的同时,重点阐述了我国近期海洋地学11项新的研究成果。The development trend of the Earth sciences in the 21st century is to be come a three-dimensional leading-edge research system guided by high and new tec h,which comprises space, subsurface, submarine and polar geologic researches. The paper briefly introduces five major tasks the present-day marine sciences a re to deal with, and also the following five characteristics of the developing Earth sciences, namely, subjects penetrating and crossing each other, attention specially paid to fundamental researches; bringing the high and new tech into fu ll play; explorations in exclusive economic zones (EEZ); and international coope ration and exchange. And the latest eleven research results of marine geoscience s of China are also expounded.
