摘　　要：用理论与实证相结合的方法,全面地分析农地城市流转的特征,将有助于农地城市流转决策的制定,实现土地资源的合理和可持续利用。研究得出:农地城市流转的特征包括时间、地点、过程、流转主体和流转的行为本身等方面。The purpose of this study is to analyze the features of rural-urban l and conversion, which is helpful not only to conversion decision, but also to re asonable and sustainable use of land resource. Method used in the paper is norma tive and positive analysis combined with instances. The study indicates that the features of rural-urban land conversion comprise time, location, process, parti cipants, practice of conversion and so on.
