摘　　要：概述了大规模定制的基本概念及基于价值链过程的定制方法,探讨了通用模块的优点和选择方法,最后探讨了CGB模块的生成过程,并用实证说明。The paper summarizes basic concept of mass customization and customization method that are based upon process of value-chain.Then the paper discusses advantages of common blocking and ways to select blocking components. At last the paper describes the procedure for assembly of common generic block(CGB).The procedure is demonstrated with a case.
