摘  要:本文报导了对生物液晶材料(BLC)特征方法的改进。结合假彩色技术和偏光显微镜技术显示了革兰氏阴性杆菌在发生过程中,一种粘性介质通过液晶相变所起到的生物控制和调节作用;结合激光及γ射线对BLC的电磁效应及电子显微镜技术表现了细胞膜结构相变的双向特征.文章还讨论了将BLC用作液晶显示器件的重要意义.The article reported the technical ways to display and express characteristics of biological liquid crystal (BLC) material, as well as discussed the potential application.Usually polarization microscopy and polarization fluorimetry or electron microscopy with freeze etching technique are used to observe and identify the LC phase of living BLC materials. We combined pseudo-colour technique and polarization microscopy as a colour -contrast-polariscope, by which we observed a mucilag produced by Gram-negative bacillus, and found the evolution of dendtitic liquid crystal thus stated the BLC’s action in biologial control. We combined electron microscopy and the effects of laser and γ-rays on BLC material, and thus identified the two tendencies of phase change for liquid-crystal material.The study of technical way to disply and express BLC may excite the development of liquid crystal theory and applications in biomedical engineering, perhaps it may throw a light upon the industrial application of BLC materials.
