摘　　要：海事赔偿责任限制是海商法所特有的制度。有关该制度的内容，我国海商法界已有比较系统的论述和介绍。海商法的颁布，也完善了这方面的实体规定。然而，由于海商法未涉及到程序问题，我国海事赔偿责任限制的适用程序尚处于实践探索状况。鉴于向海事法院申请责任限制的案件已陆续出现，本文拟就我国海事赔偿责任限制的操作程序试作探讨，借此求教于专家和同行。In this paper,the author,first of all,gives a brief comment on the jurisdiction and principles of jurisdiction in lawsuit of liability limits.The author comes up with a systematic account on the following procedures in a case of liability limits; petiting,inspect and acceptance of the petition;establishment of the fund;publication,registration of the limited obligatory right,inquisition and adjudication.
