Graves病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞变化的临床意义

摘　　要：对４４例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病初治患者于治疗前检测外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及ＮＫ细胞活性，结果显示ＣＤ＿３细胞与正常对照组差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），ＣＤ４细胞低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＤ＿细胞显著低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８值及ＮＫ细胞则显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），并发现这些变化与Ｔ３、Ｔ４无显著相关性。对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病的细胞免疫改变作了初步讨论。he activities of T-lymphocyte subpopulation in periphery blood and NK cells fromforty-four patients with Graves disease were determined before treatment.Results showedthat there was no obvious difference between the activities of the CD_3 cells and those ofthe normal control groups(P>0.05);CD_4 cells′were lower than the controlgroups′(P<0.05), CD_8 cells′were obviously lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.01),the value of CD_4/ CD. was obviuosly higher than that of the normal controlgroup(P<0.01).It was also found that these changes had no obvious correlation,Itprimaly discussed the changes of cellular immunity.
