摘  要:本文通过发芽试验和盆栽土培试验,研究了铜对紫云英生长发育的影响。结果表明,低量的铜对紫云英生长发育有促进作用,高量的铜则有抑制作用。用5mg/L的铜液处理紫云英种子,对萌发无明显影响,却抑制芽的伸长和根的生长。在盆栽试验中,当土壤投加铜量为60mg/kg时,紫云英减产10%以上。紫云英吸收的铜大部分积累在根部。植株体内各器官铜的含量为:根>>叶>茎>籽。Based on germination test and pot soil experiment, this paper deals with effects of Cu on the development and growth of chinese milkvetch. The results showed that low Cu content increased the growth of chinese milkvetch while high concentration of Cu decreased it. When seeds were treated with the Cu solution of 5 mg/L, the seed germination percentage didnt' decrease, but buldet lengthening and root growth were inhibited; when the soil was treated with 60mgCu/kg soil, the yield of chinese milkvetch decreased by more than 10%o Most of the copper accumulated in the roots. The Cu contents in various parts of the plant were root >> leaf> stem> seed.
