摘 要:生长15天的矮菊黄青菜暴露在不同浓度的SO_2、NO_2及其复合物中,处理时间为2,4,6h。熏气结束后测定叶片外渗液电导率,发现0.23mg/LSO_2+0.15mg/LNO_2处理6h对叶片质膜有较大破坏。熏气结束后第4天测定叶片叶绿素a含量,结果表明0.23mg/LSO_2+0.15mg/LNO_2处理4和6h,cha含量比对照下降分别为18.8%和21.9%,0.15mg/LSO_2+0.15mg/LN0_2处理4和6h,cha含量比对照下降均为15.3%Half-month-old chinese cabbage, cultivar 'Aijuhuang', plants were exposed to SO_2, NO_2 and their mixtures for 2, 4, 6h. Leaf extravasation conductivity were determined after the exposure and leaf chlorophyll content (cha) were determined after4days. Marked increase in cha content was observed with 0.40mg/kg SO_2 treatment. The reductions in cha were 18.8%and 21.9% with (0.23mg/kgSO_2+0.15mg/kgNO_2)treatment for 4h and 6h. The reductions in cha were 15.3% with (0.15mg/kgSO_2+0.15mg/kgNO_2) treatment for 4h and 6h. There were not significant reductions in cha with other treatments.
