摘 要:依据土壤动物体表几何形态,运动方式和分泌体表液等利于减枯降阻的基本原理,设计了一种仿生钢布兜式铲斗,它主要由钢布兜内衬和钢外壳组成。铲掘作业过程中内衬产生的蠕动、变形、撕剥、碰撞、摩擦及非光滑效应模仿了土壤动物体表的变形、非光滑特性以及与土壤的接触界面状态,而使得仿生铲斗比普通铲斗具有显著的脱土降阻性能。A shovel bucket with steel-cloth pocket is designed on the principle that the geometrical surface morphology?moving ways, secretion and others of soil animals are beneficial to the reduction of adhesion force and sliding resistance. It consists of a steel-cloth pocket, so called the line, and the conventional steel shovel bucket with several holes in its bottom. The line can creep, deform, tear, bump and rub similar to the deformation and unsmoethed surface effects of soil animals and the interface contact states between soil and their cuticle, resulting in reduction of soil adhesion and shovelling resistance of the bionics bucket as compared with the conventional bucket.
