海洋平台用高强度钢多次补焊的疲劳分析

摘　　要：对海洋平台用高强度钢焊接接头多次补焊的疲劳性能进行试验研究 ,给出采用威布尔分布下的寿命估算式及R—S—N曲线。考虑到多次补焊后焊趾外移造成的焊接角的变化 ,应用有限元方法计算试样的应力分布 ,给出焊趾处的应力集中系数 。Based on an experimental study of multiple repairing welded joints on high strength offshore structure steel, the R-S-N curves and life estimation equations under Weibull distribution are presented. Considering the position and angle of toe changing after each repairing welding, the stress distribution of toe zone has been calculated with FEM program, and the stress concentration factors (SCF) are given. Based on the FEM results, a further analysis of the effect of multiple repairing welding was developed.
