摘　　要：目前 ,家蚕生物反应器的研究和开发主要是以BmNPV为载体 ,在家蚕体液中表达多种有用蛋白 ,其表达量比其它生化微生物高出许多倍 ;但是家蚕绢丝腺细胞表达外源蛋白比家蚕BmNPV表达系统有着更大的优越性。Nowadays, the research and the development of the Bombyx mori bioreactor are mainly about the expression of useful protein in Bombyx mori by using the vector of BmNPV. The expression level is much higher than that in animalcules, but is lower than that in silk glands. The research advancement of the BmNPV expression system and the developing prospect of the silk glands bioreactor to express the foreign genes are mainly expounded in the paper.
