降低汽油烯烃含量的助剂在ARGG装置上的应用

摘　　要：岳阳石油化工总厂烯烃厂ARGG装置使用洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的降烯烃助剂 (LAP)取得了良好效果 ,证明LAP对原料和装置有很好的适用性。当LAP占催化剂藏量的 5 %时 ,ARGG汽油烯烃含量降低了 6 .7个百分点 ,辛烷值增加了 1.4个单位 ,液化石油气产率增加了 2 .42个百分点 ,而汽油产率下降了 2 .5 3个百分点。Olefin decreasing assistant LAP developed by Refining Research Institute of LPEC was adopted in ARGG unit in Olefin Plant of Yueyang General Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Works and good effect has been obtained. ARGG is highly suited for the unit and feedstock. When it occupied 5% of the catalyst inventory, olefin content in ARGG gasoline was decreased by 6.7 percent points, octane number increased 1.4 unit and LPG yield increased by 2.42 percent points, while gasoline yield decreased by 2.53 percent points.
