摘  要:目的:现已证实锌能够加速骨折或拔牙创的愈合,而种植体的骨愈合与骨折愈合、拔牙创愈合的成骨方式相似,为此探讨微量元素锌对种植体固位强度的作用。方法:应用家兔钛种植体动物模型,测定补锌对种植体固位强度的影响。在家兔双侧胫骨近心端各植入1枚钛种植体后,动物随机分为补锌组和对照组。补锌组动物肌注10g/L硫酸锌,4mg/kg,1次/d。分别于术后1,2,4,8,12周处死动物,测定种植体固位强度。结果:补锌能够使种植区骨锌的含量在术后1~4周显著提高,从而促进种植损伤区骨的形成和钙化,提高种植体的固位强度。结论:种植体术后早期适量的补锌能够提高种植体的固位强度,提高骨整合的速度和质量。AIM:It has been proved that zinc can accelerate the healing of fracture or tooth extraction wound,and implant bone healing is similar to the healing of fracture and tooth extraction wound.The aim of the paper is to study the effect of zinc supplement on fixation strength of implant. METHODS:The animal models with titanium implants in rabbits were used.The effect of zinc supplement on fixation strength of implant was detected.One piece of titanium implant was placed into the bilateral proximal tibial heads in rabbits respectively,and they were randomly divided into zinc supplement group and control group.10 g/L zinc sulfate was administered intramuscularly at the dose of 4 mg/kg once per day.The animals were sacrificed at 1,2,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment respectively.The fixation strength of implant was measured. RESULTS:Zinc supplement could significantly increase the content of zinc in the implant area at one to four weeks after treatment,thereby,the formation and calcification of bone in the implant-injured area were promoted,and the fixation strength of implant was improved. CONCLUSION:Moderate zinc supplement may increase fixation strength and promote the speed and quality of osseointegration.
