摘　　要：目的:根据目前临床对膝骨关节病的认识和治疗水平,总结分析近年来膝骨关节病治疗方法的新进展。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1984-01/2004-05关于膝骨关节病研究方面的相关文章,检索词“kneejoint,gonarthrosis,treatment,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索万方数据库1998-01/2004-05期间相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“膝关节,膝骨关节病,治疗。资料选择:选择有关膝骨关节病治疗的中外研究原著性文献40篇,排除非随机研究原著性文献,未排除非盲法研究原著的文献。数据提炼:15篇关于膝骨关节病治疗的文献,8篇符合标准。排除7篇重复性研究的文献,对剩余8篇关于膝骨关节病治疗的文献进行分类整理,予以综述。资料综合:退行性骨关节病在老年人群发病率较高,其中膝关节占其重要部分。近年来膝骨关节病的治疗方法方面进展较快,联合手术治疗膝骨关节病,人工膝关节置换,手法治疗矫正膝骨关节病的不良应力,以及关节镜微创技术和早期有效康复技术干预,在具体治疗技术方面有了显著效果。结论:近年来对膝骨关节病的诊治方法有很大提高,手术治疗方面以联合手术疗法和人工膝关节置换为主;保守疗法主要为手法治疗,功能锻炼,理疗,关节内注射透明质酸钠,中医中药等方法为主;关节镜的治疗近年来有?OBJECTIVE:To review and analyze the therapies of gonarthrosis in recent years based on the clinical comprehension of gonarthrosis and treatment level. DATA SOURCES:Relative articles in English published during January 1984 and May 2004 about gonarthrosis were searched from Medline by inputting the words “knee joint,gonarthrosis,treatment' into computer.Simultaneous,relative articles in Chinese during January 1998 and May 2004 about gonarthrosis were searched from Chinese Journal of Clinical Rehabilitation and Wanfang Data by inputting the words “膝关节,膝骨关节病,治疗' into computer. STUDY SELECTION:Forty articles in English or Chinese were selected after the above searches,excluding original literatures about nonrandomized study and including those about non-blind study. DATA EXTRACTION:There were 15 literatures about the treatment of gonarthrosis,among which 8 were in accordance with our criteria,and the other 7 literatures were excluded due to their repetitive study.The 8 selected literatures about the treatment of gonarthrosis were classified and arranged for summarization. DATA SYNTHESIS: Degenerative osteoarthropathy mainly occurred in elderly people,especially in knee joints.In recent years,rapid progress has been made in the therapy for gonarthrosis,and remarkable effects have been achieved in reified techniques,including associated operation for gonarthrosis,artificial knee joint replacement,operation for the adverse stress in the correction of gonarthrosis,mini-invasive surgery with arthroscopic technique and effective early rehabilitation technique. CONCLUSION:The method for diagnosis and treatment of gonarthrosis has been improved in recent years:operation therapy focuses on associated operation and artificial knee joint replacement;conservative therapy is mainly manipulative treatement,functional exercise,physiotherapy,intraarticular injection with hyaluronic acid and administration of traditional Chinese medicine;arthroscopic technique for gonarthrosis has been developed rapidly a
