南京地区敏感褐家鼠凝血酶原时间的研究

摘　　要：目的　测定南京地区杀鼠灵对敏感褐家鼠的凝血酶原时间 (PT)。方法　PT测定采用仪器法 ,抗药性调查采用摄食试验。结果　南京地区 2 1只褐家鼠在观察期内全部死亡 ,平均致死剂量为 12 .4mg/kg,PT值 (以INR表示 )平均为 1.0 0 ,雌雄鼠差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,南京地区杀鼠灵对敏感褐家鼠PT值 (以INR表示 )为 0 .73～ 1.2 7。结论制定杀鼠灵对敏感或抗性褐家鼠的PT值 ,可大大简化鼠类抗药性调查工作。Objective To determine the prothrombin time (PT) of warfarin susceptible Rattus norvegicus in Nanjing region. Methods PT was determined by ST art 4 analyser and the dieting test was used in the study of resistance. Results All of Rattus norvegicus died during the observing period. The mean lethal dose was 12.4 mg/kg and the mean PT value (expressing by INR) was 1.00 . There was no significant difference between male and female rats( Pa0.05a). PT values of warfarin susceptible Rattus norvegicus in Nanjing region was 0.73 1.27 . Conclusion It would simplify the process in the study of resistance of rats to formulate the PT value of warfarin susceptible or resistant Rattus norvegicus .
