校园文化与一流大学创建——兼论华中科大的校园文化建设

摘　　要：如何打造中国高校的文化品牌，办出中华民族高等教育的特色，是一流大学办学中必须注意的战略性问题。本文主要论述了校园文化建设与一流大学创建的关系，影响校园文化的主要因素，校园文化建设应该处理好的几个关系等问题，并提出要促进校园文化要素的和谐共进又趋于的整合的观点。本文还结合华中科技大学50多年来的校园文化建设实践，总结了一些值得借鉴的经验和做法。One issue of strategic concern in the efforts of building of a first - class university is to forge a brand name for the higher learning institutions in China and bring forth the kind of higher education with distinguishing national characteristics of China. Discussed in the present paper is the relationship between the cultivation of campus culture and the building of a first - class university and, in connection with this, several relationships to be properly dealt with.
