摘　　要：为了解决螺杆泵地面驱动装置光杆盘根盒动密封系统存在的严重渗漏、光杆磨损多、维护管理成本高等问题 ,研制了新型机械密封系统。它成功地取代了原有盘根盒结构 ,将光杆和装置之间的旋转动密封用光杆和密封轴之间的静密封以及密封轴和装置之间的机械动密封来实现 ,解决了上述问题。现场应用 2 0 0多口井 ,最长无泄漏运转时间已超过 2a。A new-type shaft mechanical seal system for a surface drive of screw pump is developed to solve the problems of stuffing box leaking and polished rod failure ,which result the higher cost of management.It is composed of the static seal between polished rod and sealing shaft and the mechanical seal between sealing shaft and the surface drive, which successfully substitutes the stuffing box .So far there are more than two hundreds of surface drives with the mechanical seal system which have been operating without leakages at least two years in oil fields.
