高效液相色谱同时测定5.2%阿·哒水分散粒剂中阿维菌素和哒螨灵的研究

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以C1 8为色谱柱 ,用甲醇∶水 =88∶1 2 (体积比 )作为流动相 ,在 2 42nm波长下 ,同时测定5 .2 %阿·哒水分散粒剂中阿维菌素和哒螨灵含量。结果表明 ,阿维菌素和哒螨灵的标准偏差分别是 0 .0 0 5 35、0 .0 2 74,变异系数分别为 1 .33%、0 .0 494% ,平均回收率分别为 1 0 0 .2 %、99.71 %。该方法简单、快速。Simultaneous determination of avermectin and pyridaben in 5.2% Ada WG by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), C_(18) was used as column, methanol and water as mobile phase with volume ratio 88∶22, and with the length of 242 nm. The result showed that the standard deviation of avermectin and pyridaben were 0.00535 and 0.0273, coefficients of (variation) were 1.33% and 0.0494%, and the recovery rate were 100.2% and 99.71% separately. This technique is easy, fast and (accurate).
