摘 要:对药用植物艾纳香Blumeabalsamifera (L .)DC的无性繁殖 ,分别从一个生长周期 (移栽 -收获 )和春季 (萌发 -移栽 )两个阶段分析了分生苗的发生机制 ,越冬条件对两繁殖阶段的关系发生的影响。据此提出幼桩苗、秋苗、春苗、近蔸苗和远蔸苗5种苗质分类 ;对各苗类的生长动态和移栽性能进行了调查和试验 ;提出了 6种繁殖系数概念。讨论了繁殖技术改进中种子有性繁殖和秋苗秋季移栽的可能性。为GAP基地艾园建设中提高移栽成活率提供了技术应用的理论依据。For the asexual propagation of pharmaceutic plant Blumea balsamifera(L.)DS, the occurrence mechanism and (wintering) conditions of the differentiated tillers in both stages of whole growth period(transplanting to harvesting) and spring period (sprouting to transplanting)were analyzed. And the wintering conditions affecting the relation of the two propagating stages were studied too. According to which putting forward five kinds of seedlings: young stock seedling, autumn seedling, spring seedling, near stock seedling, and far stock seedling were put forward. By surveying and experimenting the growth tends and transplanting characteristics for all kinds of seedling, at the same time, six kinds of propagating coefficient concept, were formed and the (possibility) for sexual-breeding and autumn seedling transplanting in autumn for improving breeding technique was discussed. All these provided technical and theoretic basis for increasing the survival rate in developing Blumea balsamifera GAP base.
