摘　　要：提高劳动者的主体地位,发挥他们的主动创造精神,实现活劳动对死劳动,人力资本对物力资本的支配是当今社会发展的方向。We should improve the main body position of the wide employees, and bring their initiative and creative spirit into full play so as to realize the living labor towards the stiff labor, the allocation of the manpower capital towards the material capital is the direction of the social development nowadays.
