摘　　要：分析了胶料综合分散度、胶辊套差、磨砺工艺及表面处理对胶辊表面粗糙度不匀的影响情况 ,对胶辊表面粗糙度、表面粗糙度不匀对成纱质量的影响进行了纺纱试验 ,指出了降低胶辊表面粗糙度不匀的措施。Synthetic degree of dispersion of rubber material, covercoat space of top roller, sharp grinding processing and influence on harshness unevenness of treatment method of top roller are analyzed. Influence on yarn forming quality of surface harshness and harshess unevenness of top roller is tested. The measure of reducing the harshness unevenness of top roller is introduced.
