摘　　要：分析了纯棉用胶圈、化纤用胶圈胶料的物理性能及在不同品种上的纺纱试验结果 ,指出了现有胶圈适纺性差的原因。H2 11型胶圈是研制开发的新产品 ,通过优选胶料与优化配方 ,解决了胶圈适纺性和使用寿命间的矛盾。对比分析了H2 11型胶圈与纺棉、纺化纤胶圈的物理性能 ,介绍了H2 11型胶圈在纯棉精梳、涤棉精梳品种上的纺纱试验情况。结果表明 ,H2 11型胶圈适纺性强 ,耐高温、耐磨 ,弹性好 ,使用寿命长。Physical property and spinning test result of apron used in cotton and chemical filament fiber are analyzed, and the cause of bad spinnability is pointed out. H211 apron is a new product which developing though optimizing rubber material and formula, resolving the contradiction between spinning and service life. Physical property of H211 apron is compared with normal apron used in cotton and chemical filament fiber, and spinning test of combed cotton yarn and polyester cotton combed yarn with H211 apron is introduced. The result shows that H211 apron has good spinnability, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance, better elasticity and long service life.
